Assigning tasks to team members and ensuring they have the resources and support they need to complete their work.
Responsible for creating and managing work schedules, coordinating resources (labor, equipment, materials), and ensuring projects are completed efficiently.
Preparing project estimates, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects stay within budget.
Overseeing the quality of work performed by the landscaping team, ensuring it meets standards and client expectations.
Communicating with clients to understand their needs, providing updates on project progress, and addressing any concerns or issues.
Identifying and resolving any issues that arise during landscaping projects, such as unexpected delays or problems with materials.
Maintaining records of work performed, employee time sheets, and other relevant information.
Sourcing and purchasing materials needed for landscaping projects.
Overseeing general grounds maintenance tasks, such as lawn mowing, pruning, and other upkeep.
