Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of landscapers, ensuring that work assignments are carried out efficiently and meet quality standards. Provide guidance, training, and support to the team members. 2. Landscape Installation: Oversee the installation of landscaping elements, including planting trees, shrubs, palms and flowers, constructing pathways and hardscapes; and installing irrigation systems. 3. Maintenance and Care: Supervise and perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control. Ensure that proper care is given to plants, trees, and other landscape features to maintain their health and appearance. 1. Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent (preferable certificated from faculty of Agriculture) is usually required. Or a degree or certification in landscape design, horticulture, or a related field. Previous experience in landscaping or a supervisory role is highly desirable. 2. Knowledge of UAE Landscaping Practices: Familiarity with the local climate, soil conditions, and plant species commonly used in the UAE is important. Knowledge of irrigation systems suitable for arid or desert environments is a plus. 3. Technical Skills: Familiarity with landscaping equipment, tools, and machinery is required.
