Oversee the maintenance of all grounds and landscapes, ensuring that they are kept in good condition and aesthetically pleasing. . Plan and implement new landscaping projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. . Manage and coordinate the work of landscape crews, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and ensuring that all work is completed on time and to the highest standard. . Monitor the use of materials and supplies, ensuring that they are used efficiently and cost-effectively. . Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and best practices. . Inspect completed work to ensure that it meets the required standards. . Provide guidance and support to the landscape crew, ensuring that they are working effectively and efficiently. . Report any issues or concerns to senior management. Requirements: . Proven experience as a Landscape Supervisor or a similar role. . Excellent organizational and leadership skills. . Knowledge of landscaping techniques and best practices. . Ability to work independently and as part of a team. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
