. This role is ideal for a commercially driven leader who understands the full landscaping lifecycle -- from design and build to maintenance -- and can grow key accounts, secure new business, and lead high-performing sales teams.
You will be responsible for driving strategic growth, developing client relationships, and positioning our company as a trusted partner in premium landscaping solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales function, ensuring revenue targets and KPIs are consistently achieved
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for key market segments
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, architects, consultants, facility managers, and government stakeholders
Identify new business opportunities and secure high-value landscaping projects
Provide accurate forecasting, sales reporting, and pipeline analysis
Prepare proposals, tender submissions, and client presentations
Collaborate with operations, design, and project teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
Requirements
Minimum 10 years' experience in landscaping sales
(design/build, softscape/hardscape, or commercial landscape contracting)
Strong network within the landscaping, construction, or development sectors
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and closing large-scale contracts
Ability to read and interpret landscape drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Strong strategic thinking with hands-on leadership approach
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Valid driving licence (if applicable in your region)
Preferred Qualifications
Background in GCC or international landscaping markets (if relevant to your organisation)
Experience working with government tenders or large-scale developments
CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
