Manage quantity take-offs, cost forecasting, and payment certification from project initiation to completion
Prepare quantity take-offs in accordance with approved methods of measurement for subcontractor evaluation, client payments, and material procurement
Prepare and submit monthly client payment applications
Prepare, price, and submit variation orders for client approval
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings and specifications
Develop new rates for non-tendered items
Prepare subcontractor packages for specialized scopes of work
Float enquiries to suppliers and manufacturers and carry out technical and commercial evaluations
Finalize subcontractors within approved budgets
Prepare subcontractor payment certificates, variation orders, and final accounts
Forecast project costs and ensure projects remain within approved budgets
Prepare cash flow forecasts for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
Prepare monthly progress and cost reports
Requirements
Minimum 3
years of experience
as a Quantity Surveyor in landscaping or a related field
Strong experience in
quantity take-offs
(mandatory)
Familiarity with project management processes
Proficient in
MS Office and MS Excel
Strong data organization, typing, and documentation skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Bachelor's degree in
Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering
, or a related field
