We are seeking a detail-oriented Landscape Inspector with 2-3 years of experience to ensure the quality, compliance, and maintenance of landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of horticulture, landscape design, and construction standards. You will conduct site inspections, identify issues, and collaborate with contractors and clients to maintain high-quality landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site inspections of landscaping projects to ensure compliance with design plans, specifications, and industry standards.
• Monitor the health and maintenance of plants, trees, irrigation systems, and hardscape elements.
• Identify and document defects, pest infestations, diseases, or improper installation practices.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
• Communicate with landscape contractors, designers, and property owners to resolve issues.
• Verify that work meets municipal regulations, environmental guidelines, and safety standards.
• Assist in project close-out inspections and warranty evaluations.
• Maintain records of inspections, progress, and compliance documentation.

• Education: Degree or certification in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Environmental Science, or related field (preferred).
• Experience: 2-3 years in landscape inspection, construction oversight, or grounds maintenance.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of plant species, irrigation systems, soil health, and hardscape materials.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot issues and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for reporting and client interactions.
• Certifications: ISA Arborist, CLIA, or other relevant certifications (a plus).
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with GIS, AutoCAD, or inspection software (advantageous).

• Field-based role with travel to project sites (may require a valid driver's license).
