Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced
Landscape Inspector
to join a leading architectural firm based in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in inspecting landscape and irrigation works for residential projects, with over 10 years of experience, including 7+ years in the UAE.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections of soft and hard landscaping works on-site Monitor installation of plants, irrigation systems, paving, and outdoor elements Verify materials and workmanship meet project specifications and quality standards Review drawings, submittals, and method statements for compliance Document inspection activities and coordinate with site teams for issue resolution
Requirements:
Minimum 10+ years of landscape inspection experience 7+ years of work experience in the UAE Proven experience in residential landscape projects Diploma/Bachelor's in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or Civil Engineering Strong knowledge of UAE plant species, irrigation systems, and construction standards
