Landscape Inspector - AECOM - Dubai, UAE
Position Overview
AECOM is seeking a Landscape Inspector to support infrastructure and development projects in Dubai. This role focuses on ensuring that all landscape works are executed in full compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and contract requirements, while maintaining alignment with local authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure the contractor's compliance with landscape-related specifications, standards, approved drawings, and contract documents
Inspect landscape works including soft landscaping, hard landscaping, irrigation systems, planting, paving, street furniture, and related finishes
Verify materials delivered to site comply with approved submittals and project specifications
Monitor site activities to ensure correct installation methods and quality of workmanship
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site engineers to resolve landscape-related issues
Report non-conformances and follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely resolution
Maintain daily inspection records, reports, and photographic documentation
Ensure landscape works comply with Dubai Municipality and other relevant authority requirements
Support testing, commissioning, and handover of completed landscape works
Ideal Profile
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Landscape Engineering, Civil Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field
Previous experience in landscape inspection or supervision on construction or infrastructure projects preferred
UAE or Dubai project experience is an advantage
