We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Engineer with over 5 years of expertise in landscape design, planning, and execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing sustainable and aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and managing projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Planning:
• Develop detailed landscape plans, including site analysis, grading, drainage, planting, and hardscape designs.
• Utilize CAD, GIS, and other design software to create functional and visually appealing landscapes.
• Ensure designs align with client requirements, sustainability principles, and local regulations.
• Project Management:
• Oversee landscape projects from initial consultation to final implementation.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities.
• Environmental Compliance & Sustainability:
• Implement eco-friendly practices, including water conservation, native plant selection, and erosion control.
• Ensure compliance with local environmental laws and zoning regulations.
• Technical Expertise:
• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and project specifications.
• Resolve technical challenges related to soil, irrigation, and plant health.
• Client & Stakeholder Coordination:
• Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Address feedback and modify designs as needed.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering (with landscape specialization), or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in landscape engineering/design, with a strong portfolio.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, GIS, or similar tools.
• Certifications (Preferred): LEED, ISA Arborist, or other relevant credentials.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
