Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to effectively manage landscape and irrigation maintenance contracts.
Plan, prepare, and implement landscape and irrigation maintenance programs, including grass mowing, trimming, edging, fertilization, pest control, and seasonal planting as per project duration and contract requirements.
Monitor and supervise the day-to-day operations of landscape maintenance activities, automatic irrigation systems, and community enhancement works to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
Develop and implement Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Routine Maintenance (RM) schedules for the overall master community, sub-communities, and retained hard and soft landscaping assets.
Conduct routine and periodic inspections to assess the quality, cleanliness, and condition of hardscape, softscape, and irrigation systems, ensuring corrective actions are taken when necessary.
Attend client meetings and briefings to establish clear expectations, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and work processes.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to clients electronically, in line with project deliverables and agreed service levels.
Supervise and coordinate the performance of subcontractors and service providers to ensure work is executed according to the contract, SLAs, and KPIs.
Prepare and update soft landscape drawings and site layouts to accommodate various garden elements such as lawns, hedges, ground covers, trees, and shrubs as per project requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of maintenance contracts, PPM schedules, and continuous improvement plans.
Develop and implement inspection criteria to maintain consistent service quality and compliance with project specifications.
Prepare weekly and monthly work plans and progress reports, ensuring alignment with project timelines and client expectations.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Landscaping, or relevant field.
Minimum 2 years relevant work experience.
MS Office
Driving license is a must
Strong project management skills and experience with large-scale projects
Knowledge of sustainable practices and green maintenance standards
Experience working with a diverse range of projects, including urban parks, residential areas and commercial spaces
