Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscape Engineer with a strong focus on Business Development to drive growth and expand our landscaping portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

:

Lead business development efforts for the landscaping division by identifying and pursuing new clients, projects, and partnerships. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's presence in the residential, commercial, and public landscaping sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, consultants, and developers. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and bids tailored to client needs. Drive the entire business development lifecycle, from lead generation and negotiation to deal closure and follow-up. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Work closely with the operations and design teams to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget. Conduct site assessments and client meetings to understand project requirements and provide customized solutions. Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows to generate leads and build brand visibility. Ensure all project documentation, including contracts and reports, aligns with the company's standards and business development goals.

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Horticulture, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape engineering, with at least 3 years focused on business development or sales within the landscaping or construction industry. Proven track record in generating leads, securing new projects, and closing deals. Strong network of contacts within the landscaping or related industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch services to diverse clients. Proficiency in preparing proposals, bids, and technical documents.
