Job Title:

Landscaping Engineer / Project Engineer - Landscaping

Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

Review landscape design drawings, BOQs, and specifications, and prepare work schedules accordingly. Coordinate with consultants, architects, and MEP teams to ensure landscape works align with the overall project. Supervise on-site execution of hardscape elements such as interlock, kerbstones, paving, and decorative concrete works. Oversee installation of softscape works including soil preparation, planting, grassing, and irrigation systems. Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of landscape materials. Verify levels, alignments, and setting-out points before executing landscape activities. Monitor manpower, equipment, and materials to optimize productivity and minimize delays. Ensure landscape work complies with municipality regulations and project-approved method statements. Conduct regular quality checks and raise site inspection requests (IRs) for consultant approval. Coordinate with procurement and site store for required materials and logistics. Track progress and prepare daily and weekly reports for the construction management team. Address site issues proactively, including technical queries or design discrepancies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in landscape execution, preferably within building construction projects in the UAE. Familiarity with Dubai Municipality and Trakhees landscaping regulations and approval processes.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
