We are currently recruiting for a Landscape Engineer to join our team at Transguard Group in Dubai.

Scope

Manage the landscaping maintenance operation by planning, scheduling, and implementing work schedules to ensure a high-quality landscape is maintained.

Responsibilities

Management

• Prepare appropriate inspection criteria and PPMs for overall master community, sub communities, villas and other retained assets for hard and soft landscaping
• Carry out routine and periodic inspections to keep, quality, cleanliness of hard and soft landscaping along with irrigation requirements
• Prepare appropriate irrigation schedules and water allocation based on zoning, plants, and community requirements
• Supervise day-to-day operations
• Coordinate and execute with service providers, contractors, sub-contractors, project management teams and relevant stakeholders on maintenance contracts, PPM schedules, monthly reports, SLAs and KPIs, weather conditions and continuous improvement plans (as applicable)
• Identify and execute opportunities for sustainable landscaping and irrigation based on best industry practices and innovative solutions in the market
• Manage small to large scale projects as required from time to time
• Identify ways to reduce landscaping waste and promote sustainable practices on related waste management
• Maintain records of maintenance, prepare periodic, and ad-hoc activity reports as required
• Prioritize and plan tasks to complete tasks within set deadlines
• Prepare detailed reports for all landscaping and maintenance activities based on site inspections, technical audits, performance audits, action plans etc.
• Create site specific SOPs wherever required
• Invoicing on time and accurately
• Prepare periodic reports and submit to client
• Liaise with the admins for internal admin related works

Inventory

• Prepare maintenance requirements reports
• Monthly consumables tracker
• Materials arrangement for all teams

• Expertise in lawn maintenance, knowledge of machinery and equipment, organic fertilizers, fungicides, pesticides, waste management

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Science/Horticulture/Landscaping or Agricultural Sciences
