Job Description
Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development:
- Actively identify and reach out to potential clients expressing interest in landscape design and construction services.
- Conduct market research to pinpoint new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Present our landscape services to potential clients, offering expert guidance on their landscaping needs.
- Exceed sales targets and revenue goals consistently.
- Generate and follow up on leads to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the team to devise and execute effective sales strategies.
- Oversee on-site project activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or challenges that may arise.
- Cultivate and sustain strong, enduring relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries, addressing their concerns and questions.
- Collaborate with clients to comprehend their specific requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Diploma/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous sales experience in the landscaping industry is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales.
- Knowledge of landscape design and construction is beneficial.
- Proficient in using sales and CRM software.
- Valid UAE driver\'s license.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits.
