Job responsibilities:

Plan and schedule the work and efficiently organize the site / facilities in order to meet client requirements for construction and maintenance works.
Execute soft landscape works in specifics with Architects / Consultants to achieve client requirements.
Supervises and monitor the site labor force through Supervisors / Foreman; for all landscape construction from shop drawing till hand over.
To aid on site as well as will have role there coordinating supervisors, labors etc. and liaising with project managers of Sustainable Earth.
Oversees the requisition of materials for use in the construction / maintenance and check whether the materials are specified.
Prepares necessary paperwork for the completion of work and get it authorized by consultant.
Develops relationship with the Project Manager / Engineer and prepare periodical reports on the progress of work.
To help prepare shop drawings, submittals, coordinate between the engineers, ideally to have practical construction experience.
Coordination of teams as per program requirements.
To identify, coordinate procurement of materials as per program requirements.
Knowledge of AutoCAD software and other computer applications.
Excellent spoken and written English, Arabic language is a plus.
Good reporting skills.

Requirement:

Must be Bachelor degree in Agriculture
Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as Landscape Engineer.
Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Large Scale Projects or Asghal Projects.
MMUP/UPDA License is an advantage.
Must be in Doha, Qatar (Local Hire only).
Must be with Valid QID with NOC
