Job Title: Landscape Draftsman

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proficient and experienced Landscape Draftsman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate landscape shop drawings for a variety of projects. Your strong technical skills and expertise in design software will support the delivery of high-quality, well-coordinated landscape solutions.

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in a landscape contracting company.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed 2D and 3D landscape drawings, including site layouts, planting, hardscape, and irrigation plans

Collaborate with landscape designers, architects, engineers, and contractors to develop and refine design concepts

Ensure all drawings meet project specifications, local authority regulations, and industry standards

Revise and update drawings as required based on client feedback or site conditions

Maintain organized records of all design documents, drawings, and revisions

Provide drafting support during project execution and coordination on site when necessary

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Landscape Draftsman

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software

Familiarity with Revit/BIM software is an added advantage

Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, construction detailing, and technical documentation

Understanding of local authority regulations and basic MEP coordination related to landscape works

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Experience with a landscape contracting company is highly preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture

Professional experience in landscaping, construction, or architectural firms

Knowledge of sustainable landscaping practices

Certifications or training in landscape design, CAD drafting, or a related discipline
