Job Description
Prepare
detailed landscape drawings
including hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and lighting layouts Developshop drawings, as-built drawings, and detail sections
as per approved concepts Coordinate withlandscape architects, site engineers, and consultants
Revise drawings based onsite conditions, authority comments, and client feedback
Ensure drawings comply withDubai Municipality, DEWA, and project standards
Assist in quantity take-offs and material specifications when required Maintain proper documentation and drawing registers Diploma or Degree inLandscape Architecture / Civil Drafting / related field
Minimum3-5 years of experience
as a Landscape Draftsman in UAE Experience inluxury residential / villa / master-planned communities
(Al Barari experience is an advantage) Strong knowledge ofAutoCAD
(Revit or 3D tools is a plus) Good understanding ofsoftscape, hardscape, irrigation, and levels
Ability to work under tight deadlines and coordinate with multiple teamsPreferred Skills:
Attention to detail and strong coordination skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
