Landscape Draftsman
with hands-on experience inlandscape, swimming pool design
, and3D modeling
. The ideal candidate must haveat least 4 years of UAE experience
and beavailable to join immediately
.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed
2D and 3D technical drawings
forlandscape
,swimming pool
, andirrigation
projects Createshop drawings, as-built drawings
, andplanting/irrigation/pool layouts
Develop3D visual presentations
using software such asSketchUp
,Lumion
, orRevit
Assist in designingdecorative structures
for landscaping projects Coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure accuracy and timely execution Update drawings based onsite modifications
,consultant feedback
, andauthority requirements
Supportdocumentation for municipal approvals
(Dubai Municipality, DDA, etc.) Maintain organized and up-to-date project files and CAD standards? Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in
Civil Engineering
,Drafting
, orLandscape Architecture
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience
in landscape and swimming pool drafting Strong inAutoCAD 2D
; proficient in3D software
(SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, etc.) Knowledge ofhardscape, softscape, irrigation
, andswimming pool detailing
knowledge of MEP work
is a plus Familiarity withmunicipal approval processes
in the UAE Strong communication, coordination, and time management skillsImmediate joiners only
