Landscape Draftsman
Job Description
Collaborate with head of design to understand the design needs, preferences,
Develop innovative and sustainable landscape designs that align with client requirements and site conditions.
Create detailed plans and shop drawings as per specifications and budget.
Select suitable softscape, hardscape materials, and other elements to achieve desired aesthetic, modern and functional goals.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure smooth project implementation.
Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Provide guidance on maintenance practices and sustainable landscaping techniques to preserve the long-term integrity of the landscape.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in landscape architecture.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field. Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools. Strong creativity and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of plant species, soil types, irrigation systems, and construction techniques. Min 3 years experience in a project management, interior fit out and construction company is a must. Please share updated CV & work portfolio is a must Knowledge/experience in Nakheel, Trakhees, Emaar etc and Dubai Municipality construction guidelines is a plus.

If passing you'll be able to meet the Design Manager for formal interview. How many days is your notice period?
