Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Landscape Draftsman at Terra International Construction located in Abu Dhabi. The Landscape Draftsman will be responsible for tasks such as Landscape shop drawings ,Landscape, Irrigation, , and Landscaping Design.

Responsibility:

Prepare detailed site plans, planting plans, hardscape layouts, grading plans, irrigation plans, and construction details based on sketches, specifications, and IFC.

Utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D (if applicable), and other relevant software to create accurate and professional drawings.

Ensure all drawings adhere to company standards, project specifications, and local regulations.

Incorporate revisions and feedback from the design team into drawings.

Maintain organized drawing files and project documentation.

Assist in the preparation of presentation drawings and renderings as needed.

Collaborate effectively with landscape architects, designers, Sr. Architect and other team members.

Conduct site visits to gather field data and measurements when required.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, drafting techniques, and software advancements.

Assist with the preparation of material schedules and quantity take-off.

Contribute to the overall efficiency and quality of the design process.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Landscaping techniques

Attention to detail and creative design abilities

Experience in Irrigation and Landscape Design

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of AutoCAD or other drafting software is a plus

Relevant certification in Landscape Architecture or related field

Landscape: 2 years (Preferred)

AutoCAD: 2 years (Required)

DMT Projects: 1 year (Preferred)

Authorities NOC.s Drawings: 1 year (Preferred)
