A leading construction and landscaping company is looking for a skilled
Landscape Draftsman
to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed landscape drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings to support project execution, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design specifications and client requirements.Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed
landscape drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
using AutoCAD or similar software. Interpret landscape design concepts and convert them into precise technical drawings. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy. Review and revise drawings as per project requirements and consultant/client feedback. Maintain proper documentation of drawings and revisions. Ensure drawings comply with local authority regulations and project standards.Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Architecture, Landscape, or related field.
Proven experience as a Draftsman in landscape or construction projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of 3D software (SketchUp, Revit, etc.) is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills.Job Type: Full-time
