Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Develop detailed construction drawings and plans for residential and commercial landscape projects using advanced CAD software (AutoCAD preferred). \xc2\xb7 Translate concept sketches and client specifications into clear, accurate technical drawings, incorporating elements like planting plans, hardscaping elements, irrigation systems, and grading details. \xc2\xb7 Conduct site surveys and gather topographic data to inform drafting decisions. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with landscape designers, architects, and contractors to ensure project consistency and compliance with building codes. \xc2\xb7 Prepare cost estimates and material takeoffs based on finalized drawings. \xc2\xb7 Update and maintain as-built drawings as projects progress. \xc2\xb7 Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address questions and concerns. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 3-5 years of experience as a Landscape Draftsman or related role. \xc2\xb7 Proficient in AutoCAD or similar landscape-specific drafting software. \xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of landscape construction principles and techniques. \xc2\xb7 Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently. \xc2\xb7 Effective communication and collaboration skills. \xc2\xb7 Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of plant materials and their placement considerations is a plus.
