Description : Candidate should have more than 03 years UAE experience with professional experience in Agriculture related multicultural fields i.e. Landscape \xe2\x80\x93 construction & maintenance, Irrigation and nursery management as per UAE Climate. Roles and responsibilities : - Design of complete irrigation system including pump capacity, irrigation layout drawings, irrigation detail drawings, valve schedule, hydraulic calculations, project planning schedule - Plan and manage maintenance of hard and soft Landscape - Supply of project documents needed for tendering from Main such as Bill of Quantities, Auto Cad Drawings, Specifications, Site information (location and other information) etc. - Site investigation. - Sending price inquiries for materials and services included in the project to various companies. - Projects scheduling. - Submittal of materials for the consultant approval. - Sending price inquiries for materials and services included in the project to various companies. - Order of materials and equipment. - Labour coordination and scheduling. - Supervision of Installation including coordination with other services. - Testing and Commissioning. - Arrangements of required materials at appropriate time for the projects within budget as advised by management. - Coordination with other associated project & operation teams - Preparation of weekly/ monthly reports presenting to management to Facilities Manager - Maintenance of landscaping Projects according to project specifications, site requirements, and client\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction. - Plan and schedule the work and efficiently organize the site/facilities in order to meet client requirements for construction and particularly for maintenance work. - Ability to exercise good skills in execution of projects based on judgment in supervision of staff. - Planning ,monitoring and supervising of all Soft landscape and irrigation system maintenance works including pumps - Ensuring that the client\'s requests are carried out in the site for the full satisfaction of the client by implementing the correct work objective - Responsible for the inspection of plants and plant products to prevent and/or control movement of Insect, pests and plant disease - Procurement of the required materials - Inventory management 1. Minimum Skills : - Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in agriculture - English speaking with Arabic Language will add advantage - Computer (MS office ,AutoCAD) - Hard Worker - Leadership Abilities. - Estimation of Landscaping & Irrigation system works. - Strong analytical and organizational skills - Estimation of Landscaping & Irrigation system - Irrigation system Installation - Pest, diseases & horticultural practices at site. - Excellent communication and writing skills. - Maintaining records of daily operations. - Knowledgeable about plants and trees different species\xe2\x80\x99 requirements and suitability to the targeted purpose(s) Preferred (plus point) : - Previous Construction projects experience - Previous experience in using CAFM software - Previous experience with Landscaping companies 3D drawing and rendering knowledge (3D Max / Sketch-up) Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
