Landscape Construction Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Manager to join our team for a prestigious large-scale project in Dubai.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' proven experience as a Construction Manager in the UAE.
Strong background in landscape and hardscape works, including:
Softscape & irrigation
Hardscape, furniture, shade structures
Waterproofing & concrete works
MEP related to landscape projects
Solid understanding of project planning, execution, and coordination with consultants and clients.
Ability to manage subcontractors, site teams, quality, safety, and progress.
Experience in managing subcontractors and overseeing their performance.
Strong capability in dealing with the Client representative.
Ability to attend and contribute to weekly meetings with the Client.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
