JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop detailed BIM models for landscape architecture projects, incorporating terrain, vegetation, and hardscape features.
Collaborate with designers and architects to understand project requirements and objectives.
Utilize BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D) to create accurate 3D models.
Coordinate with team members to integrate landscape models with architectural and structural designs.
Generate 2D drawings and plans from BIM models to support design documentation.
Conduct clash detection analysis and resolve conflicts within the BIM environment.
Assist in creating presentation materials and renderings to communicate design concepts.
Stay updated on industry standards and advancements in BIM technology relevant to landscape architecture.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor\'s degree in landscape architecture, architecture, or related field.
Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D).
Strong understanding of landscape design principles and construction techniques.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
Experience with clash detection and conflict resolution within BIM models preferred.
Familiarity with rendering software (e.g., Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray) is a plus.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green infrastructure is advantageous
