Job Description
PTWL is seeking a creative and skilled
Landscape Architect
with 3+years of experience in landscaping projects
to join our team. The role involves concept design, client presentations, project development, and coordination from schematic design through detailed execution.Key Responsibilities
Develop concept designs and presentations in collaboration with clients (Concept Drawings, Perspectives, Area Calculations, Feasibility Studies) Follow up on project submissions, including preliminary and final drawings Plan, direct, and coordinate activities to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget Produce renderings and 3D visualizations as per project requirements Develop interior landscape plans and furniture layouts Lead and manage project teams from schematic design to detailed design phases Conduct meetings with clients, developers, and project teams to provide updates Review shop drawings for architectural and landscape works Prepare pre-concept landscape designs and proposals Ensure timely delivery of designs in line with project specifications and scope
Requirements
B.Arch, M.Arch, or B.Sc in Architecture Minimum
3-4 years post-qualification experience
, with at least2-3 recent years in landscaping projects
Strong concept design abilities and creative vision Proficient inAutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, MS Office
, and at least one 3D modeling/rendering software Passionate, creative, and detail-oriented Excellent communication, presentation, and team collaboration skillsJob Type: Full-time
