Job Description

PTWL is seeking a

creative and motivated Landscape Architect

with 2+ years of relevant experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be involved in concept design, client coordination, project development, and design delivery for high-quality landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop landscape

concept designs

based on client discussions and project requirements Prepare and present

client presentations

including concept drawings, perspectives, area calculations, and initial feasibility studies Prepare

pre-concept landscape designs and proposals

Manage and follow up on

preliminary and final design submissions

Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to ensure completion within defined timelines and budgets Create high-quality

3D renderings and models

as per project needs Develop

interior layout plans

, including furniture layout options where required Lead and manage design teams from

schematic design through detailed design phases

Plan and schedule meetings with clients, developers, and consultants to provide project updates Review

shop drawings

related to architectural and landscape works Ensure all designs meet project specifications, scope of work, and are delivered on time
Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch), Master's Degree (M.Arch), or B.Sc. in Architecture 3-4 years of post-qualification experience, with at least

2-3 recent years in landscaping projects

Strong

concept design skills

with demonstrated creative ability Passionate, creative, and detail-oriented approach to design Proficient in

AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop

, and working knowledge of

MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Experience with

3D modeling and rendering software

(any additional 3D tools preferred) Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
