Landscape Architect
Job Description
Develop landscape design concepts, master plans, and detailed drawings
Prepare site analysis, layouts, planting plans, hardscape, irrigation, and lighting designs
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients
Conduct site inspections and ensure designs are executed as per approved drawings
Select appropriate materials, plants, and finishes suitable for climate and project requirements
Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and project specifications
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and support tender documentation
Review shop drawings and material submittals
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Required Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture
3-7 years of relevant experience (Gulf/UAE experience preferred)
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office
Strong knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and landscape construction
Excellent design, communication, and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED100.00 - AED200.00 per month
