Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

Experience:

Total Experience: 4 to 10 years UAE Experience: 3 to 6 years

Preferred Background:

Minimum 3 years UAE experience with

Principal Consultants or Architects

Strong portfolio in landscape design and urban outdoor planning Proficiency in design software such as

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Suite

Knowledge of sustainable landscaping and local authority regulations (DEWA, Dubai Municipality) is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

Develop landscape design concepts and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and urban projects Coordinate with architects, urban planners, and environmental engineers to integrate landscape plans with overall site planning Prepare planting plans, irrigation layouts, hardscape detailing, and material selection Review and ensure compliance of landscape drawings with local authority requirements Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors during design development and project execution Provide input on cost estimation and BOQ for landscaping works

Experience:

with UAE Principal Consultants, Architects: 3 years (Required) with Architects & Designers: 3 years (Required) Cad drafting, BIM Modelling, Rivet: 3 years (Required)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
