Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and desktop research aligned with project briefs and office thought leadership topics
• Streamline and present relevant research outputs for review by senior landscape architects
• Perform efficient online research to support design development and benchmarking
• Review, interpret, and graphically represent applicable landscape architecture standards and regulations
• Identify correct planning and landscape authority guidelines and present key findings to project teams
• Develop design content using sound design and technical knowledge to meet project timelines
• Participate in interdisciplinary design reviews and support preparation of drawings, diagrams, reports, and datasets
• Identify discrepancies in design outputs and propose practical solutions to design challenges
• Deliver assigned tasks within agreed budgets and schedules under moderate supervision
• Coordinate with internal disciplines and external consultants to ensure continuity of the design process
• Assess site conditions, opportunities, and constraints for design and client discussions
• Apply landscape architecture principles considering scale, hierarchy, and spatial relationships
• Propose appropriate landscape typologies for review with senior team members
• Identify and analyze international and local landscape benchmarks and precedents
• Structure landscape deliverables and reports in line with scope of services and authority requirements
• Demonstrate clear descriptive writing for landscape architecture principles and guidelines
• Communicate design ideas effectively through verbal, graphic, and three-dimensional representation

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in landscape architecture design
• Strong understanding of landscape architecture principles and design processes
• Experience working on multidisciplinary projects from concept to documentation stages
• Ability to interpret regulations, standards, and authority requirements
• Good communication, research, and coordination skills
• Capability to manage tasks efficiently while meeting quality and schedule expectations
