We are seeking a creative and highly motivated

Landscape Architect

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing outdoor spaces, ensuring aesthetic appeal and functionality while maintaining environmental sustainability. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and other design professionals to deliver high-quality landscape architecture solutions for a variety of projects.

Responsibilities:

Develop innovative landscape designs for residential, commercial, and public sector projects. Work with clients to determine project needs, budget, and scope. Create conceptual plans and detailed design drawings using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.). Conduct site analysis and research, considering environmental, zoning, and regulatory constraints. Prepare and present design proposals, ensuring that they align with client expectations. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors throughout the design and construction phases. Oversee the installation and implementation of landscape projects, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Stay up to date with industry trends, new materials, and sustainable practices.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field. 10 years of experience in landscape architecture or a related field. Proficiency in landscape design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite). Strong understanding of landscape design principles, horticulture, and site planning. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. Experience with sustainable and environmentally-conscious design preferred. Landscape Architect registration or licensure (if required by local regulations).
