Job Description
Our company KEA Building Contracting LLC is currently seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a Landscape and Pools Foreman. With a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, we believe you could be a strong candidate for this position. Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape and pools management.
- Proficient in both Hardscape and Softscape, including maintenance activities.
- Knowledge of Pool and Irrigation MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems is an advantage.
- Planning and executing landscape projects, ensuring both Hardscape and Softscape elements are implemented to the highest standards.
- Supervising and leading a team of landscapers, ensuring efficient and effective project completion.
- Conducting regular maintenance activities for landscapes, pools, and irrigation systems.
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within pool and landscape projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of landscape construction techniques and materials.
- Familiarity with pool and irrigation MEP systems.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
