Job Title: Land/Construction Surveyor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surveyor with 3-4 years of experience in the construction industry to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land and construction site surveys, verifying project alignment and elevations, and providing accurate data to support engineering and construction teams throughout all phases of development.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field surveys and collect data for topographic, boundary, and construction layout purposes.

Use total stations, GPS, and other modern surveying equipment for accurate measurements.

Interpret construction plans and ensure layout conforms to design specifications.

Monitor and document site levels, coordinates, and elevation data during excavation, foundation, and structural phases.

Collaborate with project engineers, site managers, and contractors to ensure proper execution of designs.

Prepare and maintain survey records, drawings, and reports.

Ensure compliance with local Abu Dhabi regulations and health & safety standards.

Assist in resolving site discrepancies and coordinate with consultants or authorities as needed.

Stay updated on emerging surveying technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

3-4 years of hands-on experience in construction surveying, preferably in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.

Proficient in using surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, etc.).

Familiar with software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and surveying data management tools.

Strong understanding of local regulations and construction codes in Abu Dhabi.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Must be currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working on large-scale infrastructure, residential, or commercial projects in the UAE.

Knowledge of municipality and authority approval procedures in Abu Dhabi (e.g., ADM, ADDC, etc.).
