Land Surveyor (substation)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Perform site surveys, setting out, and leveling works for substation foundations, equipment, trenches, and structures
Verify site coordinates, benchmarks, and levels as per approved drawings
Carry out as-built surveys and prepare survey reports
Coordinate with site engineers and construction teams to ensure accuracy of works
Operate and maintain surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level)
Check alignment, elevations, and dimensions during construction activities
Ensure surveying works comply with project specifications and quality standards
Maintain proper records and daily survey logs
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in
Land Surveying / Civil Engineering
or related field Minimum3-5 years' experience
as a Land Surveyor onsubstation, power, or infrastructure projects
Strong experience in setting out for foundations and structural works Proficient in usingTotal Station, GPS, Auto Level
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Knowledge of QA/QC and survey control procedures Good communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teamsPreferred (Added Advantage)
Experience on
HV/MV substation projects
Familiarity with local authority and utility standards Experience with survey software and as-built documentationJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
