Land Surveyor - Construction (High-Rise Building)

We are seeking a

qualified and experienced Land Surveyor

to join our construction team for high-rise building projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate land and structural surveys, ensuring all site measurements and levels meet design and engineering requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site surveys and prepare topographical, boundary, and as-built survey reports. Verify and set out coordinates, levels, and alignments for structural, architectural, and civil works. Ensure accuracy of survey data and compliance with project specifications and drawings. Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and consultants to resolve discrepancies. Use total station, GPS, and other surveying instruments to capture data accurately. Maintain survey records, field notes, and coordinate logs. Supervise and guide junior survey staff or helpers as required. Prepare and submit daily/weekly survey progress reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering or Land Surveying. Minimum

5 years of UAE experience

in construction, preferably

high-rise building projects

. Proficient in

AutoCAD, Total Station, GPS, and relevant surveying software

. Strong knowledge of

UAE construction practices, standards, and tolerances

. Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure. Good communication and teamwork skills.
