Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Measuring land, boundaries, and natural/man-made features using specialized equipment (e.g., GPS, total station, drones). Preparing maps, plats, and reports for property boundaries and construction projects. Providing data for engineering design, construction planning, and legal documentation. Ensuring compliance with local laws, property records, and zoning regulations.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of mathematics and geometry. Proficiency in surveying software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS). Attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication for reporting and explaining findings.
