:Land Surveyor - Road MaintenanceAbu DhabiParsons is looking for an amazingly talented Land Surveyor to join our team!What You\'ll Be Doing:Responsible to carry out the road maintenance/construction field surveys along with the utilities protection/relocation activities.Responsible to conduct field operations/surveys on land.Responsible to witness contractor performing surveys, logging the information and verifying the installed quantities in coordination with the contractor, employer and quantity surveyors on the team.Responsible to identify the client\xe2\x80\x99s priority zones on the critical path and update progress reports daily. Must maintain Daily Log of all Activities.Troubleshoot challenges with the Contractor and other Consultants in order to achieve measurable success.Liaise with other agencies (Consultants/Contractors/ Relevant Authorities) to coordinate the survey work.Prepare neat sketches to support the field work.Preserve all the survey information (field books, sketches & calculations).Complete all surveying assignments on schedule and within man-hour and cost budgets.What Required Skills You\'ll Bring:Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree with Minimum (5) years\xe2\x80\x99 experience or Diploma in Field Surveying / Engineering with Minimum (8) years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a maintenance/construction of roads and utilities.Ability to communicate in English with a high proficiency both written and spoken.Prior Experience on a Construction Supervision Consultant Team or Project Management Consultant Team.Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, GPS and Office 365.UAE experience is a mustWhat Desired Skills You\'ll Bring:Survey License from ADM/Town Planning Department is a plus.Proactive mentality to seek out challenges and push progress.High Safety Standards to promote workplace HSE Culture.Highly Advanced Personal Organizational Skills / Self-starterIntermediate Leadership/Managerial Skills (Working with Survey team).Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Not Applicable/NoneParsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
