Land Surveyor
Job Location : Ras al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates
Requirements :

Diploma/Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or Surveying (or equivalent)
2-5 years of relevant UAE/GCC experience in building/infra projects and site surveying
Proficiency with Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS (RTK), and related surveying instruments
Experience in setting out coordinates, levels, and alignments for civil/MEP works
Strong knowledge of survey calculations, traverse/level adjustments, and coordinate systems
Ability to read IFC/shop drawings and prepare as-built drawings
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office; Civil 3D is an advantage
Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, site HSE, and municipality/authority standards
Strong coordination and communication skills with site engineers and subcontractors
UAE Driving License preferred
