HIRING: LAND SURVEYOR
Gulf Group Holding, a trusted name in Ras Al Khaimah for over five decades, is a diversified business group with operations spanning IT support services, construction, MEP, hypermarket retail, ready mix concrete, healthcare, explosives, bakery, printing press, and real estate.

We are looking to hire:
Group Company: Gulf Co. - Contracting & Construction Division (Gulf Group Holding)
Position: Land Surveyor
Location: Ras Al Khaimah
Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or Surveying (or equivalent)
Experience: 2-5 years of relevant UAE/GCC experience in building/infra projects and site surveying

Key Requirements:

Proficiency with Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS (RTK), and related surveying instruments Experience in setting out coordinates, levels, and alignments for civil/MEP works Strong knowledge of survey calculations, traverse/level adjustments, and coordinate systems Ability to read IFC/shop drawings and prepare as-built drawings Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office; Civil 3D is an advantage Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, site HSE, and municipality/authority standards Strong coordination and communication skills with site engineers and subcontractors UAE Driving License preferred
Role & Responsibilities:

Carry out site surveys, topographic mapping, and setting out for structures, roads, and utilities Verify dimensions, levels, and layout prior to execution; ensure compliance with drawings and specs Maintain calibration logs and daily survey records; generate survey reports and as-builts Coordinate with project and QA/QC teams for inspections and approvals Monitor and control survey benchmarks, reference points, and control networks Assist in quantity take-offs, progress measurements, and variation support Troubleshoot survey-related issues and propose practical solutions
