Experience in UAE UAE Driving license required Proficient in
AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and surveying software
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Land Surveyor
to join our team for ongoing and upcominghigh-rise building projects
in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all surveying operations on-site, ensuring precise measurements, alignment, and levels are maintained throughout the construction process.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct accurate
topographic, boundary, and layout surveys
for high-rise building projects. Verify and establishhorizontal and vertical control points
, benchmarks, and reference lines. Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and contractors to interpret drawings and ensure survey data aligns with project requirements. Supervise and guide junior surveyors and survey teams on-site. Monitor and ensure compliance with local regulations and project specifications. Maintain accurate records of all survey work and submit detailed reports and drawings. Performas-built surveys
and generate necessary documentation. Usetotal stations, GPS, digital levels, and other modern surveying instruments
effectively. Ensuresurveying equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
.Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in
Surveying, Civil Engineering
, or a related field.Minimum 8 years of experience
in land surveying, with at least3 years on high-rise building projects
. Strong knowledge ofUAE construction regulations, site safety
, and survey standards. Proficient inAutoCAD, Civil 3D, and surveying software
(e.g., Leica, Trimble, or Topcon). Excellentcommunication, leadership, and organizational
skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Valid UAEdriving license
