The successful candidate will be responsible for performing accurate field surveys, data analysis, and mapping to support major infrastructure and development projects across the region. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct precise field surveys using advanced GPS, Total Station, and digital leveling equipment.
• Analyze survey data to prepare accurate maps, reports, and construction layout plans.
• Verify land boundaries, elevations, and alignments in accordance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with design engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accurate data integration.
• Perform topographic, control, and as-built surveys for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Ensure survey work complies with Dubai Municipality and UAE authority regulations.
• Review technical drawings and make corrections to ensure spatial accuracy.
• Maintain comprehensive records of field activities and calibration logs.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior surveyors and field crews.
• Stay updated with evolving surveying technologies, software, and best practices.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in land surveying, preferably on major infrastructure projects in the UAE.
• Professional certification or Licensed Land Surveyor credential preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and surveying software.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and spatial interpretation skills.
• Thorough understanding of international and UAE-specific surveying standards.
• Experience working with topographic data, GIS, and digital mapping tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
