Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Land Surveyor

to join our construction team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting land and site surveys, setting out works, and ensuring accuracy of measurements in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction layout surveys for various construction projects. Set out alignments, levels, and coordinates as per approved drawings and site requirements. Verify site dimensions, elevations, and layouts before and during construction activities. Operate and maintain surveying instruments such as Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and related equipment. Prepare survey reports, drawings, and calculations for submission to engineers and project managers. Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure accurate execution of works. Check and confirm existing control points, benchmarks, and reference points. Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local authority requirements. Assist in quantity measurements and as-built drawings as required. Report any discrepancies or site issues to the Project Engineer/Manager promptly.

Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum

2-3 years of UAE experience

in construction projects. Proficient in using surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level). Good knowledge of construction drawings and surveying software (AutoCAD preferred). Familiar with UAE construction standards and local authority regulations. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements. Ability to work independently and under site conditions. Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in infrastructure, roads, or building projects. Ability to prepare as-built drawings and survey documentation. Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
