Job Title: Land Surveyor
Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct land surveys, topographical measurements, and site inspections
Prepare accurate maps, plans, and reports based on survey data
Use modern surveying equipment such as Total Stations, GPS, and levels
Verify site boundaries and ensure compliance with project specifications
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and contractors
Maintain detailed records of survey data and measurements
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of UAE construction experience (mandatory)
Proficiency with surveying equipment and software
Knowledge of UAE construction codes, regulations, and safety standards
Strong analytical and technical skills
