Job Description
onduct
land, topographic, and construction surveys
for building projects Set outlevels, lines, and reference points
as per approved drawings Verifysite measurements, boundaries, and elevations
before and during construction Operate surveying instruments such asTotal Station, Auto Level, GPS, and Theodolite
Ensure all survey works comply withapproved drawings, specifications, and local authority requirements
Prepare and maintainsurvey reports, drawings, and measurement records
Coordinate withsite engineers, project managers, and consultants
for accurate setting-out Check and confirmstructural positions
(columns, beams, foundations, slabs) Monitor and controlverticality, alignment, and levels
throughout construction stages Assist inas-built surveys
and submission of final survey data Identify and reportsite discrepancies or deviations
immediately Ensure adherence toUAE construction standards and safety regulations
Maintain and calibratesurvey equipment
regularly Support project teams duringauthority inspections

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
