.As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a
competent and experienced Land Surveyor
who can uphold international safety standards on complex, vertical construction sites.Location:
United Arab EmiratesExperience:
Minimum 5 years (UAE experience is a must)Industry:
Construction - High-Rise / Building ProjectsKey Requirements:
Proven
minimum 5 years of experience in land surveying
for high-rise building projects in the UAE.Expert knowledge of Total Station and Auto Level
Strong ability tointerpret construction drawings, site plans, and blueprints
. Proficient inAutoCAD, Civil 3D
, and other relevant surveying software. Experienced insetting out levels, control points, gridlines
, andverticality checks
. Strong understanding ofUAE construction regulations, site safety standards
, andquality control procedures
. Excellent attention to detail andanalytical problem-solving
skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively in afast-paced construction environment
. Good communication skills in English?
Preferred Certifications:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Surveying
