Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor with hands-on construction site experience to perform accurate surveys and provide data for construction projects. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and reporting measurements to support design, layout, and construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and UAE standards. Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct topographical, boundary, and construction surveys on site. Measure distances, angles, and elevations using Total Station, GPS, Theodolite, and Auto Level. Prepare site layouts, maps, and survey drawings for construction teams. Verify and monitor construction alignments, levels, and coordinates during project execution. Perform stakeout, as built, and dimensional verification surveys for ongoing construction activities. Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, and site managers to ensure accurate data for design and construction. Maintain survey records, field notes, and documentation in accordance with project standards. Ensure compliance withUAE surveying regulations and construction safety standards. Troubleshoot, maintain, and calibrate surveying instruments as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or related field. 3-8 years of experience as a Land Surveyor with construction project experience (buildings, roads, or infrastructure). Proficiency with surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, Theodolite, Auto Level). Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other CAD software for survey outputs. Strong knowledge of construction surveying practices, site layout, and UAE regulations. Excellent analytical, measurement, and reporting skills. Ability to work efficiently on construction sites under varying conditions. Good communication and coordination skills.
