We are a reputed construction contracting company in Dubai, classified for the construction of multi-Storey buildings of unlimited floors. We are looking to hire a skilled and experienced
Land Surveyor
to join our site team.Responsibilities:
Extract the coordinate data from CAD drawings and Perform all setting-out of the building structural, architectural items and as per project drawings and specifications. Verify accuracy of levels, alignments, and dimensions during site execution. Maintain surveying records and reports. Coordinate closely with the site staff and engineering teams to ensure precision and progress of works.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience
in land surveying for building construction projects, with min 2 years in the UAE.Diploma or Bachelor's degree
in land surveying or Civil Engineering or any related discipline. Proficiency insurveying instruments and software
(Total Station, AutoCAD, GPS, etc.). ValidHSE certificate
is an added advantage. Strong communication and teamwork skills. UAE Driving License is an added advantage.Job Type:
