Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Chinese-speaking Land Surveyor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing precise land surveys, preparing comprehensive reports, and delivering accurate data to support ongoing construction and development projects. This role plays a vital part in defining legal boundaries, conducting site measurements, and collaborating closely with engineering and architectural teams to ensure project accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Perform land and topographic surveys using GPS, total stations, and related equipment Prepare site plans, legal boundary documents, and survey drawings Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams on project requirements Analyse data and ensure accuracy in measurements and legal compliance Mark property boundaries and provide site layout for construction projects Use AutoCAD and other software for preparing and reviewing drawings Maintain survey records and documentation in line with company and legal standards

Requirements:

Chinese-speaking candidate is Mandatory.

Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field Proven experience as a land surveyor or similar role Strong knowledge of surveying instruments and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GPS) Good understanding of local land regulations and boundary laws Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Valid surveying license's.

Experience:

[1-3 years] of relevant experience Mandatory.
