Job Description

Taking measurements of distances and angles on a property or section of land in order to establish legal boundaries. Performing fieldwork to collect data on land sites and properties. Examining previous records, maps, and data to ensure accuracy. Writing reports and sharing crucial information with colleagues and clients. Monitoring changes in the land during the construction process. Producing maps using GPS, surveying instruments, digital images and satellite photographs. Conducting surveys to collect data on land features, topography, and existing infrastructure. Employing specialized equipment, including distance measuring wheels, GPS, and geographic information system (GIS) devices to measure boundaries and contours. Researching and consulting historical maps and surveys, as well as legal documents, relating to the property or section of land they are measuring. Presenting data to clients and preparing reports detailing legal boundaries and other relevant information. Collaborating and working with project managers, construction crews, and government agencies, when necessary. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to provide accurate site data.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
