Al Qahera Contracting Company is seeking a skilled and experienced

Land Surveyor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting precise land surveys, preparing survey reports, and ensuring accurate measurements for ongoing and upcoming construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct topographic, boundary, and layout surveys for construction sites. Prepare and maintain accurate survey data, reports, and maps. Establish and verify reference points, grades, and alignments for construction work. Coordinate with project engineers and site teams to ensure survey accuracy. Use surveying equipment such as GPS, Total Station, and Auto Level efficiently. Ensure all survey work complies with project specifications and standards. Maintain proper documentation and records of all survey activities.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying. Minimum

3-5 years of experience

as a Land Surveyor in a construction company (UAE experience preferred). Proficient in AutoCAD, Total Station, and GPS equipment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
